Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be credited within 5–6 business days, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges are available for size-related issues or if the product is found to be defective or damaged. Please contact us to confirm product availability for exchange. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided instead.
Replacements or exchanges will be completed within 5–6 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs involved.
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
